I tried thisd game and I really liked it. (those are actual futhark runes they are using in the game)This brain teeaser is a great , relaxing , spookily themed game the whole family can enjoy. If your looking for something alittle different that regular match 3's , or like to collect any spooky game you find (me on both accounts) then you'll love this game!

this game was fun at first but got boring over time.

I loved "Runes of Avalon 2" and have played it over and over, despite the stupid puzzle at the end of rounds, and the awful "try to remember the runes I'm flashing at you" part. I kept wishing the next version would get rid of that annoying stuff. Well, it did. BUT, there is no longer a map which tells you how far you have progressed in the game, and how far you have to go! So, you are just doing Rune puzzles over and over and over, although progressively harder puzzles (like the last game). But, what's the point if you don't have any sense of achievement? Maybe that's what this needs - some sort of achievement trophies. And, to top it all off, "Spooky Runes" uses the SAME VOICE AND DIALOG that they used in "Runes of Avalon 2"! There is nothing spooky about it. If I hear "Your strength gives me courage" one more time... I'll delete the game. Oh wait, I already did. There is absolutely nothing spooky about this game. They just rolled out the old one, minus a few things. Avoid it, avoid it! P.S. I hope the developers read this and try this again (because I love the Runes part of the game). BUT please, if you are going to call it "Spooky" - make that part of the game! And toss in some achievement trophies, and voices that go along with that.
